Open a support request in the app
- Open You, then Support requests.
- Create a request and choose the closest topic: order, account, listing, appeal, technical problem or other.
- Add a specific subject and describe what happened. Include the order ID when the issue is about an order.
- Return to that request to read replies and add information.
You need to be signed in to use in-app support. A labelled automated acknowledgment means your request was saved; it does not mean a person has investigated it. Replies appear in the support conversation. There is no published response-time promise.

Email support
support@rummit.appUse email if you cannot sign in, the app cannot connect, or an account restriction prevents you from opening a request.
Send from an email address you can receive replies at. If you already have an in-app request, include its ticket ID so the conversations can be connected by the operator.
A few details make a big difference
- The order, listing, shop or support-ticket ID, if you have it.
- What you expected, what happened and roughly when it happened.
- For a technical issue: the app version, the screen you were on and the steps that trigger the problem.
- For an order issue: the agreed item and delivery details, and the specific point that needs resolving.
Keep private credentials out of the conversation.
Never send passwords, verification codes, bank or wallet login details, or full payment-card information. Share only the payment evidence needed to explain the issue, with unrelated details removed.
If the concern is about a payment
Keep the order record and the relevant transfer receipt. Explain the amount, the intended seller and which order it relates to. Support can review the platform records and follow up on reported behaviour.
Payments are arranged directly with the seller. Rummit cannot reverse a bank or wallet transfer, hold funds in escrow or guarantee a refund. Contact the payment service you used for questions about its transfer or dispute options. This guide does not decide either party’s legal rights.
Ask for a decision to be reviewed
Choose Appeal a decision in Support requests, or email us if your account cannot sign in. Identify the affected listing, account or report and explain what you believe was misunderstood. Include relevant facts about the original item or conversation.
A person reviews the available context. An automated acknowledgment is not an appeal outcome. Reinstatement is a separate recorded decision; it does not undo existing orders or payment records. If an account is restored, sign in again.
