Take a close look at the actual item

Check the original photos, measurements, label and disclosed flaws. Ask the seller about details that affect your decision. A photo spin lets you move through real captured views; it does not fill in missing views or prove authenticity.

Review the seller’s details and the agreed payment and delivery arrangement. The app’s current marketplace amounts are shown in Philippine pesos.

Reserve a fixed-price find, or place a bid

A successful fixed-price claim creates an order reservation. Other buyers cannot take the same active reservation. Follow the deadline shown in your order; an unpaid reservation can expire.

For an auction, check the current bid, minimum increment and closing time before submitting. When the auction is settled, an eligible winning bidder may receive an order reservation. Check your orders and its displayed deadline. A submitted bid is not a payment.

Being on a waiting list does not reserve an item or automatically buy it for you. If the item becomes available, you still need to make a successful claim.

Review the Bag before paying

  1. Check the items, seller and total. Eligible items from the same seller and drop can be grouped in one order.
  2. Choose the available delivery arrangement and enter the details needed for it.
  3. Confirm the displayed shipping amount and seller’s payment instructions. If a quoted fee changes before checkout, review the updated amount.
  4. Keep the order ID and agreed details together with your payment record.

Each order has its own status and payment instructions. Do not assume that one transfer covers a different seller’s order.

What the payment labels actually mean

Payment sent

The buyer has reported sending money. This is the buyer’s update, not an independently verified transfer.

Seller confirmed

The seller has manually confirmed receipt. Rummit records that confirmation; it is not a payment-provider verification.

Only mark a payment as sent after making the agreed transfer. The seller can ask for a correction or reject and release a reported manual payment when appropriate; the order shows the resulting state.

Rummit does not hold the funds.

There is no connected payment processor, escrow or automatic buyer-protection payout. Support cannot reverse a bank or wallet transfer or guarantee a refund. Do not enter payment-service passwords, verification codes or card credentials into a conversation.

Keep an eye on the order, not just the chat

The seller can mark a paid order packed or dispatched and enter a carrier and tracking number. These are seller-entered updates; carrier tracking is not automatically connected. Confirm delivery arrangements directly with the seller.

Use the order’s current status and recorded details when following up. Rummit does not publish a delivery-time promise or arrange a carrier pickup through this flow.

Keep the evidence and ask a specific question

If an item, payment or delivery does not match what was agreed, keep the relevant order record and receipt. Open You → Support requests and choose an order issue. Include the order ID and explain the outcome you are asking about.

Report misleading or harmful content from its menu. Blocking can stop new interactions, but it does not resolve an existing order. Get help with a payment concern.
