List what is really there

  • Photograph the actual item you are offering, including labels, measurements and visible defects.
  • Describe wear, stains, repairs, missing parts and other condition details plainly.
  • Keep the brand, size and material claims accurate. Say when something is uncertain rather than presenting a guess as a fact.
  • Use cutouts to make the item easier to see. Keep colour, shape and condition faithful; don’t edit away flaws.
  • Make a photo spin from real views of the same item. It is a sequence of photos, not a guarantee of a reconstructed 3D model.

Do not use a listing or conversation to offer counterfeit, stolen or illegal goods, weapons or explicit sexual content. Don’t impersonate another seller or use someone else’s photos to misrepresent what you own.

Keep the conversation clear and respectful

Ask questions before committing to an item. Keep the item, price, payment instructions and delivery arrangement clear. Do not harass, threaten or pressure another person into sharing private credentials.

Make only claims you can support. A listing’s presence on Rummit, a review decision or an order status does not authenticate a brand, verify a person’s identity or certify a payment.

Report a concern. Block when you need to.

Use the menu on a listing, shop or message to report it. Describe the specific concern and the relevant context. A report is sent for operator review; it does not automatically remove the item or ban the account.

Blocking prevents new interactions and transactions between the blocked accounts. It does not erase existing order records or settle an unresolved payment. Manage blocked accounts from You in the app.

If the problem involves an existing order, also open a support request with that order’s ID so the operator can follow the issue.

Checks help a person take a closer look

New or edited listing content can enter a review queue. Automatic text flags are screening signals, not proof of wrongdoing. Original listing photos are available privately to the operator during review.

A listing waiting for review cannot be newly published or purchased through the reviewed flow. A changed content revision needs its own decision. Historical listings without a review record keep their previous handling; a visible listing is not a certification.

Reports can be dismissed, a listing can be hidden or an account can be restricted. Decisions are recorded with a reason. Hiding or restoring content does not rewrite the recorded state of an existing order or transfer money.

Think a decision missed something?

Open You → Support requests → Appeal a decision. Explain which item or account was affected and what information should be considered. If the restriction prevents sign-in, email support@rummit.app.

Restoring a listing or account requires a separate review of the original enforcement decision. Other active restrictions may still apply. Read what to include in an appeal.
